As Production Engineer & Change Management Work Process Leader – Commissioned, started up and operated two Polyethylene Plants & Implemented Dow Work Processes & Systems in EQUATE replacing Union Carbide processes & systems.

Served as Production Engineer. Successfully commissioned, started up, and managed the daily operations of two advanced Gas Phase Polyethylene manufacturing plants.
